You can track your stats, watch your program and interact 1-on-1 with your trainer as you build strength, lose weight and achieve your fitness goals. You will meet with your trainer once per week and continue your workouts on your own schedule.


12 Week Intermediate Program

You will meet your trainer twice per week and continue your workouts on your own schedule.
